XZS-1000-1S 100 mesh rice flour sifting vibrating screen is a high efficiency screening machine manufactured with advanced
technologies and designs on the basis of our previous products S49
series screens. It can be used for screening and filtering granular, powdery, and
solid liquid materials.
XZS-1000-1S 100 mesh rice flour sifting vibrating screen is customized rotary vibrating screen on the basis of universally
round vibrating screen. It is designed 2 screen floor but with 5
discharge outlets. The screen mesh size is 35 mesh for 1st floor
and 20 mesh for 2nd floor. The diameter at 1800mm can meet the
production capacity at 10 ton per hour. The contact part is SUS 304
for food grade usage.
Adopts the vertical vibrating motor as the vibration source, By
means of eccentricity hammer mounted along the motor shaft,XZS-1000-1S 100 mesh rice flour sifting vibrating screen Vibrating Screens convert the rotation of the motor into a 3-D
movement, i.e. horizontal, vertical and inclined movement, and then
the 3-D movement is transferred to the screen surface, which leads
to an involutes movement of the materials on the screen surface.
Rotary Vibrating Screen can handle the material into the Precision
Screening or Probability screening by adjust the upper and lower
ends of the phase angle of the hammer so as to change the movement
trajectories of materials on the screen surface.
